The items of our custom collections are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear; therefore, there is a necessary to the workflow.

SAlthough not often, sometimes manufacturers oversell an item; therefore, not being able to meet the demand of the retailer (Mom Swag) and in turn, forcing the retailer to pass along that error to the customer.  In the rare case that this may occur, we will reach out to you and offer you the choice to choose a different item or we'll issue a complete refund.
